VILLA C

With three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an outdoor area with a private
pool, this spectacular of 160 m 2  residence creates a perfect mix between modernity
and minimalism and may accommodate up to six persons.
Villa C has a cool and contemporary feel with simplistic smooth lines and stylish
minimalistic interior furnishings throughout. Every room brings the outdoors in
whilst clean cut lines and neutral colors give a seamless look to the interior. A
mixture of contemporary light wood and metallic furniture blend together in
harmony to give a relaxed and tranquil ambience to all spaces of this beautiful villa.
The property features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower on
the upper floor with its own entrance and a beautiful private balcony offering
unobstructed views to the Aegean Sea. On the same level this villa provides a
separated area comprising of a spacious open-plan living room and dining area with
amazing views to the pool area and the Aegean Sea, a fully equipped kitchen with
minimal design and modern aesthetics, a bathroom with shower and a loft in the
upper floor with a king-sized bedroom.
Both buildings are separated by an intermediate outdoor space offering a shaded
